Saturday Night Yugioh Final No Meta Tournament of 2019

Format is Advanced, banned and restricted list can be found here.
Tournament Rules are as follows:
1. Any decks that have been meta or topped major Yugioh events (including regionals) in the past 5 years is BANNED
2. Master Rule 4 is NOT in effect for this event
3. Duelists can you 3 Monsters, 2 Spells and 1 Trap from the Banned and Restricted list (i.e. 3 separate monsters, not 3 copies of a single monster. 3 copies of 3 separate monsters are allowed)
Engines are accepted
Prizes for this event are as follows:
1 pack is added to the prize pool for every player.
1st: ~ 50% of prize pool
2nd: ~ 25% of prize pool
3rd/4th:~ 12.5% of prize pool
