The event will use the same Forbidden and Limited List that is used at the World Championships
The kits will contain Field Center Cards featuring Noritoshi in Darkest Rainment, and World Celebration Branded Score pads provided by Konami. The kit will also contain a Game Mat featuring Noritoshi in Darkest Rainment and set of the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2019 Promotional Cards which will be used as prizes.

Format: Sames as the World Championship event in Berlin Germnay
Prizes
- Top 16 players will get Field Center Cards featuring Noritoshi in Darkest Rainment, and World Celebration Branded Score pads
- Noritoshi play mat and World Championship 2019 promotional cards will be awarded to players based on how many we get.
- All players will get an OTS pack for playing
Pack Prizes – Atlantis will add 1 pack per player to the prize pool to be split among top 4
- 1st Place = 50% of prize pool
- 2nd Place = 25% of prize pool
- 3rd-4th Place = 12.5% of prize pool
