We often take trade in's from other customers, which means that we will frequently have used miniatures, figures, board games, or other items in stock.

Used Miniatures are appraised and priced according to build and paint quality, as well as unit count, and are priced accordingly.

Trading Cards will have their play conditions marked in their title, and we follow TCGPlayers strict conditioning standards when appraising trade in's.

Board Games are verified at the time of trade in for piece count and playability, as well as condition. All games will come in playable condition, with either original pieces or substitutions if necessary.

At times, we may receive items with damaged boxes or other defects. These will be clearly listed in the title. Images will often be provided or can be asked for if none are available on the site.

Please note that we do not accept refunds on any of the above items. When you purchase them, you do so with the understanding that they are sold as is, with all defects listed/appraised to the best of our knowledge. If you have a question about any product, please contact us for more information and we will be glad to assist you.

Besides doing both in store and online sales, we have a dedicated team that travels the East Coast for conventions. While the Convention Team is away and vending at conventions, we turn off the ability to purchase items that are only available from our Convention Team.

Items may show an in-stock amount, but one or both stores will display that the item is unavailable, and if you attempt to purchase these, the site will automatically remove these from your cart at checkout.

Once the convention team returns and unpacks, all stock will be made available for purchase online again.

If you have questions regarding a specific product, please feel free to contact us. Please note that due to the nature of conventions, stock of these items may change quickly and we cannot always hold or ensure items will be available until after the convention team returns.

Our Website is currently in it's Beta stages. We are researching
methods to allow pickup from a singular store when ordering from both.

Currently, if you wish to order for pickup, please place two separate orders, one for each shop, and select local pickup. Either enter in the notes which order needs to be transferred or  email us and ask us to transfer your order to the pickup location of choice. Please note that if an item is marked for shipping, it will be shipped to the shipping address listed. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order, as orders already shipped out cannot be rerouted.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please login to your customer account, and use the
"request return" feature from your order page.


If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return
shipping and it will be deducted from your refund.

Returns will also incur a 10% restocking fee to be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages and shipment issues must
be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectable nature of many of the items we sell, certain
types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for items
such as Trading Card Game & Collectible Card Game product, opened Board Games, Comic Books, Graphic Novels, Pop! Figures, Statues, any clearance product, and opened Hobby Supplies and Brushes. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases such as (aerosol spray paints).

Items sold and labeled as used/ damaged/ defective are ineligible for
return. On purchasing these items, you understand that these items are
sold as is.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item
you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase
for the new item. For local customers you may stop by one of our
locations and do an exchange in store.

Refunds
Refunds for online orders will be returned to the payment method you
used to purchase the item. If you have any questions or concerns,
please contact us via our contact page or by emailing us at

Delivery Failure
Please note that if you are requesting a return/refund due to delivery
failure caused by an incomplete address, we will not issue a refund
until the shipper (USPS or UPS) has completed their investigation or
the item has been returned to us. The lost mail process can not be
requested until it has been at least seven (7) days from the original
shipped date. If your package is determined to be lost, we will
provide a full refund for the item, however we will not provide
refunds on shipping.

In the event that your package is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address information, you as the customer will be responsible for covering the total shipping cost associated with resending the item. We will reach out and provide a quote once the item has been returned to us via the shipping provider.
If you choose not to have the item shipped again, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fee.

Lost Mail
If your shipment doesn't arrive please contact us so we can initiate a
lost mail investigation. The lost mail process can not be requested
until it has been at least seven (7) days from the original shipped
date. If your package is determined to be lost, we will provide a full
refund for the item.

We take trade-ins for the following items.

  • Trading Cards from MTG, Pokemon, and Yu-gi-oh
  • Comic Books, Graphic Novels, and Manga
  • Board Games
  • Miniatures for games such as Warhammer, Flames of War, and Star Wars Legion.
  • Roleplaying Games
  • Figures, Statues, and other collectibles.

Feel free to contact us to inquire about other trade in items.

Rates vary by product, game, condition and how easily we think we might be able to sell the item. As such, we cannot give rates online or over the phone.

We offer both cash and store credit, however we will always offer significantly more in store credit.

Shipping

Due to high shipping costs, high risk of damages with many of the items we sell, and lack of reliable shipping times, we do not currently ship overseas. If you are active military or are deployed, please contact us, as exceptions may be made for FPO's.

We use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers.

Discount Code Exclusions

The Snow Day Deal discount code may be used once per customer.

It may not be combined with any other sales or discounts. 

It does not apply to preorder items or items that are not purchasable via the website (i.e. items with Contact Us button).

Membership

The Atlantis Monthly Membership Rewards Program is a great way to earn rewards when you make purchases, in-store and online.

Every month, when you renew your membership, you’ll receive Reward Dollars based on the total spent the previous month.

This includes all payments made under your account with cash, credit card, or debit card.

Members also receive Reward credit from trade-ins.

There's a level to fit every budget.

At this time, memberships can only be created in-stores. All credit earned via the membership is also only applicable to in-store purchases.
